I am running consistent 9.40's with 1.43-1.46 60ft times right now on motor on my gen1 busa with schnitz 40lb springs and the welded mod... I am wanting to get my 60ft times down as low as possible and am about to be spraying a dry 60 shot on my bike and just need to know what the best route would be to go the fastest.

I really like the functionality of the new hays clutch and be able to make a few changes and ride it on the street without any issues, but dang that thing is expensive! How much could a clutch like that or similar do to my et's?

If that type of clutch is too much for your clutch budget you can always get a 2-stage lock up. The e.t. drop depends on how much time you're will to put into tuning it with your combination. No single mod is able to produce the same results from bike to bike and rider to rider.

if you honestly up all the costs off any transmission driving lockup. the cost is almost exactly the same as purchasing a hays convertible clutch. hays is the way to go! i just got mine a few months ago and i love it! it looks great and like i said before the price is definitely the best deal out there for what you get. I would suggest to go ahead and purchase a billet clutch cover though for more room. but if you want to save a little on a cast cover i got one i will sell ya (never bolt on any engine, brand new)
