I just got done with my 16" wheel swap and i went with the 98-99 cbr front wheel. All you need with the 98-99 wheel is a custom axle which you can get from mcintosh or two wheel werkz, and a 98-99 cbr rotor. With the 98/99 you can use your stock brake caliper... Im not sure about running both rotors seeing that im only running one. I have a few pics of it with out my body work. If you run the 97 and older wheel you will just need spacers for the rotors and you can run both rotors. think on the 98-99 wheel you can run both rotors as well.

ok i will do that....you know i may have seen some bikes with this setup and not noticed them from what i can see on your pic they are similar too a bstIm not sure about running both rotors seeing that im only running one. I do the axles for 175.00 and if you use the earlier wheel I sel the rotor spacers for 15.00 Ea.
