I wasn't joking about the rear brakes, you need to have them and they need to work. All the tracks around here strickly follow NHRA rules and safty standards. Also as of last year you have to have gloves with a tag that says kevlar on them.Yeah i've got a chainguard but no rear brakes. I think those are the only two issues i would have is rear brakes and an NHRA license. Yeah I looked up Bakerfield too, it's about 2 hours away from me.
For sure Sac is the most mellow on rules and they let stuff slide all the time.
You will have to get your NHRA licence to go 9.99 and quicker
