I am just posing a question for the shop owners.

If a customer bought $3000 + worth of parts from you and paid for shipping material and gave you his UPS account # to ship the goods.

HOW MUCH INSURANCE WOULD YOU PUT ON THE PACKAGES??

Would you not put any insurance on it ?

would you put enough insurance on it to cover both you and customers ass?

Question 2

If this package was lost and you did not put any insurance on the items, what would you do for the customer.

now I might add that a few of the items lost will take several months to remake.

Please voice your thoughts.

feeling hurt at the start of new year

I think the shop should have put insurance on the items , I ship all the time and i put coverage the on stuff to cover my on ass. Me personally hate to see people get **** by shop it make all the shop look bad because people loose trust in the places we spend all spend at and money come hard for most. Also you might as well tell everyone so the don't get ****ed. If the person care about there shop or name they should make an attempt to make it right. Who ship high dollar parts without insurance.
