maybe if yall invest in some seating it will solve the problem of all the people standing in the way trying to see the big races with only one stand to sit on and one fence line to stand on :wtf1:yall exspect
i never seen 3,000 people in the burnout box :idontknow:maybe a lil more seating would help just my 2 centsWe had 3,000 seats until Hurricane Katrina, still have 1/2 mile of fence. The track hasnt paid its way for 7 years now, and since Mardi Gras got rained out I,m sure it will loose money again this year.
It,s for sale, you can buy it, and then you can buy 3,000 new seats for about 120K so everyone can sit and watch.
The point is Insurance regulations state that the most dangerous area on the race track is the burnout box area, and absolutly no spectators to be allowed in this area. I have some ideas to keep it clear from here on out, and they will be implemented starting this weekend.
But you should be able to tell someone they need to move and they do it without having to stop a race 5 to 6 times.
yep i was behind the fence to an seen everything just fine. :2thumbs:It wouldnt matter if they did have all them seats the same thing will happen. To many people that have nothing to do with the race stand on the line for no reason betting 5$ a run. The biggest race of the night was sup and pj and i watched it from the fence about 150ft out and had a better view than anybody on the line. Thats my 2cents!
never saw the burnout crowded at No Problem.. plenty of stands and standing room.... :2thumbs:
:hysterical::s24::s21: who's coming, I got room for one more:s21::s24:theres no where to sit or stand on the big events so where every one go to the start line fugg it just build a couple deer stands on the other side
:2thumbs: Its only gonna take one chain to sling of a bike and its gonna be ugly! It scares me when im next in line on the bike. I put my sheild down and duck my head! Hell i see some looking right at the bike from behind.I hope what's planned for this weekend works. I agree that too many people crowd the starting line. It's fine until someone gets seriously hurt and the insurance company drops the policy. Some feel the excitement is in the staging lanes around all the trash talking. From that point it's almost impossible to keep a large number of people from wanting to see what happens. Find a way to keep the large crowds out of the staging lanes and your problem is fixed. On that same note, there should be enough seating to accommodate the spectators. The stands were packed and cars were backed in at the fence line taking up most of the standing room.
MAN JUST THINKIN BOUT THAT GIVES ME THE CHILLS......I WOULD RATHER TAKE A GOOD ASS WHOOPIN THAN GET HIT BY A CHAIN !!!:hysterical:I have seen my bike spit the chain once... without a metal chainguard it can get UGLY
