How long is a bottle good for b4 you need to recertify? I took a bottle in to get filled and they said it was out of date! It was 06*06... don't it go for 5 years? So June of this year it's should be good till right?...op2:

Was it aluminum or was it a composite wound bottle?

5 years for Aluminum
3 Years for Composites

It's a blue Carolina cycles bottle.. Alumium 2 pound bottle... So it's good till June right? That's what the 06/06 is?
