Decided to go for a ride around town yesterday and under full throttle the fi light came on. I pulled the code it a c38 secondary injector circuit malfunction
Anyone have a clue what this maybe or how I can trouble shoot?
Thanks

Code should have cleared when you shut the bike off. If it's on when you restart it then consult the service manual for diagnostics. Wish I could be more help... Good luck...:2thumbs:

yes it clears but then comes back down the road under full throttle

yes it still has a pc
Recently had a ZX14 that was doing some similar stuff after installing a PC and tuning it.... Turned out Power Commander was faulty.... Seems like some other folks are having issues by the replies

verify your on the primary injectors which are the lower ones. then go along and check connections on pc and injectors. if everything is right, call dynojet they'll probably swap you. or send your injectors off to get checked which i believe rc's does? someone will correct me if i am wrong.

I would disconnect PWR CMDR first, Go ride it again, They can cause some crazy things. I had just installed motor on my 14, Went for a ride, Bike started running rough & blowing white smoke. Once bike was trailered home, I started it up, Same thing, Turned out the smoke was gas in the exhaust, #3 plug not firing after testing each plug, Never thought the pwr cmdr would cause that. OSR told me to unhook pwr cmdr & see if it was the problem, I did & bike ran fine. No warning, Pwr cmdr had been on bike for years with no problems, Whats the chance it would act up on the first day with the new motor, It made me think something was up with the motor.
