Firstly, I am in no way "calling out" Muzzy's, they are stand up guys with great products. However, both of the lower caliper bolts they provided me with have stripped out the threads in their respective holes. Upon inspection, I found that its 'seems' as though the threads were not tapped out deep enough in the fork knuckles only by a thread or two. Has anyone else run into a similar problem? I talked to Muzzys and they said they've sold hundreds of the kits without an issue. I'm just trying to determine what the root of the problem is before attempting to retap the threads and try again.
