Hello,
I am going to upgrade my gsxr1000 turbo and I am going to install an air/water intercooler, this forces me to change the location of the blow off valve, I had thought of putting it according to the images, can it give me any trouble putting it here?

No problem almost anywhere you put. I like mine on or as close to plenum as possible, others want right at the turbo housing. It doesn't release enough pressure to hurt the radiator and yours like most release pressure in 360 degrees.
