As far as I know they do.
I sold the bike and did not get a chance to use one before I had back surgery.
I purchased them from someone who is no longer on this board but there are several pics of members who have used the same axle.

from what i have seen and heard i don't think it will
i think it is specific for gen 1 busa only
hopeful someone else can jump in here and can confirm

axle will fit on 1000
as fork hole diameter is same
just have to cut the sleeve/threaded end shorter
as 1000 forks are narrower
