is it worth the money and time for me to put on a ported 30int 26 exh head on my 1216 or are stock size valves the best. will i gain anything with the big valve head on this motor or do i need a bigger motor to run this head. thanks woody:nuts:

All the power in these motors is in the head.Increases in displacement don't do as much to oil cooled motors as head work does.Put some good cams in that head and some good carbs(Keihin's or Mikuni's) and it's capable of 160 horsepower or so.

You can make 150RWHP pretty easy with the stock slingshot cams. Is it in a GSX-R or B12? What compression ratio? Carbs?

its in a gsxr and compression is 12 to 1 with 39mm keihns:nuts:
