Mine worked great as it came from the factory. We put a ton of passes on it before i had to do anything with it. When it finally did start slipping I mixed and matched frictions from the bike and my spare motor to get the right stack height. I also did away with the judder springs and ONLY run the large frictions (there are three different size frictions from the factory). I thought hard about putting a third spring on it but haven't as of yet. I haven't taken it back to the track since reworking the clutch, but have riden it on the street with no problems.
P.S. Good luck with the Juice Box, I haven't heard anything good about it.

Alot of passes on the stock clutch went 1.48 60' a few times. I put in the cycle concepts i got from the and its been doing good. I have been thinking of adding a third spring my self or try the HRC spring. I need to get back to a shinko on the bike and shouldnt have takin so much time off the bike as the left hand is shaking the rust off.

also you may have done this but take the intake flaps out as the make it launch smoother if you havnt yet.

What rpm are you guys shifting at with and without the irc/z-bomb?
8000-9000 launch depending on conditions. Mine's had the Dynojet Ignition Module on it since day one.

my bike only had one judder spring from factory so i dunno what to say about adding a third one or am i missing something here??
The third spring they're talking about is the main spring on the basket. It comes with two diaphragm springs from the factory. You can just barely squeeze in a third. P.S. I trashed my judder spring.
