hey guys, just got my bike back together and noticed it sputtering and spitting fuel from one of the exhaust tubes..just replaced spark plugs and double checked electrical, would appreciate any help towards this matter....thnx..

Yea its raw gas..already ohmed my spark plug sticks..

Pc3 thin gasket slight port. Hadn ridden in a wile plastics wer bien painted..

have you tried unplugging the pc3 to rule it out?

No will do that tomorrow just wonderin if I have a faulty injector stuck open

i pluged my pc in the wrong place one time and thats what my bike was doing.

disconnected pc3 and problem went away, reconnected it to verify and sure enough started spitting fuel through exhaust again. Any idea what might have took it out? Also planning on takin it to the track this coming week will it be a problem running the mr12? an thanx guys for you alls input..:2thumbs:

check ALL your plugs you mightnt have something pluged in the right place, i pulled a wire out one of the plugs on the pc check that to. i know some guys who dont have there bike tuned to mr12 and its faster then it was, BUT it wound be alot faster and SAFER if your tuned to mr12 good luck:2thumbs:

yea gona pull pc out and check all pins. Also just installed 12 over evilarm swingarm so was plannin on running it this week and using the mr12 for the first time ever..lol.

Same thing happened to me, had the pc3 hooked to the plug on the left side of the cylinder head, it goes to the brown one under the fuel rail. Fixed mine, also if its plugged up wrong the pc3 wont show any green bars when running or key on.

Mine was plugged up right I only changed spark plugs then it started acting up.

sounds like your pc is bad. you can send it back to DJ and they will fix it for you. got one fix for free just had to pay shipping.

Mr 12 is great gas but I have to say I think you should not put it in without a tune, its oxygenated and the bike will need to be richened up, if you just pour it in your are running a risk, Ive had that stuff detonate on a tuned motor and tear stuff up, if you want to have a safer setup run vp import, I switched to it and my bikes runs faster than it did on mr 12,

also on your fuel leak issue, are you sure it is not the oring on the injector, if you leave racefuel in them it will kill the orings and kill your fuel pump, which if that happens when you start with mr 12 let me know cause I have three spare pumps laying around.

i havnt ran my bike on mr12..it will be my first time. also the fuel was bien spit out through the exhaust..
its been runnin good since i disconnected the pc.. thanx for your input . Thing is i just bought a 5gal mr12 jug also....
