I'm doing a Nos setup on my 06 zx10r this winter and was wondering if u can how to much compression to run spay safety.. cuz I have the head off my bike now putting in some a.p.e head studs and was thinking about decking my head about .015" and running a 50mm or even a .018 hg if my ptvc comes out right will this be to much to run spray or should i just stick with a .018" hg and call it good?

you can run spray on a thin headgasket bike no problem.. I have had motors that were 14:1 plus and sprayed more than 60p at them. I would do valve springs since you have the head off so you dont have valve control issues

OK I already have the a.p.r valve springs so I'm good there I'm going to change out the retainerscuz I heated the stock ones are shit on that not I'm thinking about using the third Gen retainers ...so u think its OK to deck the head?

decking the head should be fine. 3rd gen retainers or Ti retainers are the way to go.
