Angle mil the flange at the turbo so the turbo will be pulled towards the engine. Then u can put a small angle on the spigots where they mate to the gaskets and that will pull the header in too.

iirc, no, i went from a rosso 60 to a mt75 and that gained me like 3/4 inch less run out, and now have moved to a pure 60 and i think its just a little taller maybe half inch more run out then the mt75, there wasnt anything wrong with the mt i just didnt have that super safe feeling on it

I have installed several turbo systems. If I had to guess if the bike has been crashed in its previous life your frame is most likely bent. I see these problems on a day to day basis. We straighten and mod frames all the time from crashes. We have also performed frame mods to lengthen bikes also. We own a frame jig that can handle that repair without completely disassembling the bike. I just want to make this clear that my intent is not to sell straightening jobs here but if you think this might be something to consider searching motorcycle frame straightening and our name. Check out the video's they might be a help to you and others. Sorry if I broke any posting rules. Just thought it might help.

My frame isnt bent..when you start lower the front cut forks ect..it puts the round part of the tire closr..and some turbo header design and hot side size placement ect makes it hit..
