Turbo header

This is a discussion about Turbo header within the Turbo Nitrous section, where you will Drag Racers sharing info on Turbo and Nitrous applications; Do you think this header will work with my Gt3582r ? I will put the wg on the turbo

    Assuming your turbo has a v-band turbine housing, yes. It appears to be a 35r in the picture.

    It is my turbo on the pic. I build the header but have no technical knowledge of headers, I just built it from what I've seen around

    looks like it should..I would build support brackets to hold turbo ect on both sides..

    As someone that makes a couple a yr that looks good :) , going to drain well too

    If you do another in future try tilting the outside pipes toward the centre more gives a straighter shot into the turbo , makes the flange bolts easier to get at and gives more room for the up pipe

    Totally agree with Oz Booster.
    I going to do a TiAL ss turbo and my header will look pretty much like that except for the more slanted outside pipes like he said. I will flip my turbo the other way also.

    I will see if it will be a problem with the outside pibes be so right on, I can see that the flow will be better if they got a better angle.
    my WG is 44mm and the pipe is welded outside and inside the turbine housin.

    What's the.thickness on.the header material some support brackets are always a good idea unless you used some thick wall stuff.you will be fine
