motor noise

This is a discussion about motor noise within the Tuning Performance section, where you will Engine mods-Tuning talk for all Sport Bikes Every little bit helps!; Got a question for motor builders or someone in the know. I have a noise that is rpm sensitive, starts just above idle and speeds up with rpm. It is not the valves just checked

    Default motor noise

Got a question for motor builders or someone in the know. I have a noise that is rpm sensitive, starts just above idle and speeds up with rpm. It is not the valves just checked them and adjusted them to within tolerances. Replaced the cct also. Could it be cam chain, rod bearings or crank bearing? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks Brad

Its a Ducati right? Don't they all sound like sh*t? I heard a brand new 1098s and it's valvetrain was so noisy that I thought it was coming apart.
