Have you slipped the chain off the rear sprocket and spun the front to verify if its a sprocket alignment issue or countershaft issue? If the problem goes away when the chain is off then something is up with your alignment or chain itself. Make sure the nut on the countershaft hasnt backed out any and is causing the sprocket to be off center. Hit me back and let me know if that helps.

THANKS FOR THE REPLY BRO.I LOOSENED THE REAR TIRE NUT AND STARTED LOOSENING THE CHAIN WITH THE SWINGARM ADJUSTERS. IT SEEMS THAT THE MORE LOOSE THE CHAIN IS THE LESS NOISE IT MAKES.SO WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THAT? BUT THE CHAIN WILL BE WAY TOO LOOSE TO RIDE THE BIKE IF I LEAVE IT LIKE IT IS.SO COULD IT BE THE CHAIN MAYBE? THANKS AGAIN!!

I JUST CHECKED THE FRONT SPROCKET.IT SEEMS TIGHT BUT THE BIG WASHER BETWEEN THE NUT AND THE FRONT OF THE SPROCKET HAS ALITTLE BIT OF PLAY IN IT.YOU CAN BASICALLY SPIN THE WASHER AROUND.

I will have access to an 07 either late today or early tomorrow. I will pull the sprocket cover and check it out so I can see exactly what your lookin at. Are you sure that you dont have any broken or damaged rollers on your chain? Pay very close attention to every link of your chain. It has to make a much tighter bend at the front sprocket and any problems with the chain will be more apparent there. I will let you know what i find with the washer on the countershaft. I wish some of the 07 guys would speak up for ya. Also when you said it "seems" tight, did you put a socket on it and verify?
