About LinkBacksBought 06 busa power comander hooked to battery pluged to big round plug plugged in but smal red plug is just plugged back to it self on power commander harness not plugged to bike. What is small wire and do you think this was done on purpose.

just answered ya via text... its for timing adjustment (only on the pc3r) and it causes the bike to not like starting when hooked up even if the timing isnt messed with. It did it on my old busa and the white one so I unplugged it and connected the plugs and no problems since.
