    Degree the cams, mill the head, thing gasket, good fuel, good tune, good bearings

    Stock cams will give you more power. As well a ported head or high compression stock bore build. Lots of different options. What kind of power do you want the bike to make? budget?

    head and cams on a nice chassis should roll pretty good.
    68.5" wheelbase K7 1000, true hand clutch, street tire, small shot of gas, and a fat/talentless rider.

    i have the same bike. I was running 9.20's foot shifting. got a airshifter and installed a bottle hoping for high 8's. Hope this helps.

    suspension, weight, fuel, tune, and tire pressure... i gotta 05 1000 light weight low pro tank chromoly at 65 marvic wheels tuned runnin on mr9 went ah 8.78

    that's why i mentioned the chassis. i've seen a bike with a stage 1 turbo on a stock height/stretched 1000 get spanked by a stock motor with a proper setup. high HP doesn't mean much if you can't get it to the ground and keep the front down. power alone may be enough to beat up on the rookies, but a seasoned rider on a solid setup won't go down so easy.

    whats the best cam set up for 07 1000 stock bottom end. tiforce pipe 2ndaries out. No Nos. Just for strong tune motor. I want it to run hard ontop end. Whats a Good intake and Exhaust cam to use and degree to start with. Id like to buy the cams and be able to keep them in the bike for when i upgrade to a 3 or 4 mil. but for now. im like to know. whats a good cam setup for a stock bottom end motor?
    Better to be the track king than a dyno queen any day !!!!!!! F**k a Dyno # :-)
