Can someone tell me how to get the squish measurement and what measurements should I go with, I'm building a 1441 motor with 445/415 web cams. What is the best cam timing. The pistons are 13-5-1 JE flat top pistons. What should I use to get the measurements on the squish point?

You can actually measure it with a feeler gauge or caliper or use solder and re-assemble and see how much it squished. You will also need to check piston to valve clearance on it.

Check out brocksperformance.com, he has some instructions on how to do it.

You don't pick cams for your weight, you pick cams for the motor size. Everybody has there preferences, i would use 415/385 for that package.
