    Yes, that happens alot with him because he is very busy. Just keep calling and leave messages and sooner or later he will return your call. If you live close enough to him, it's better to take a drive over there in the day time and speak to him in person.

    They say carl is a good tuner but as for me ill never use him again, he had my bike four months and did nothing, as you said he never answer's the phone, and no call backs know way to do bussiness. joe at orient get's it done right.

    just take it to va *** only way 2 go...just my 2 cents..had 2 bikes done a few weeks bck and they run so good we got 3 bikes we taken this week...best nos tuner hands down...
