Boostbysmith launch/shift light cause it's small, comes with everything for install, easy to setup and use, works great, and my fav it's $115. Gregs a great guy to work with and stands by his product. It's the one at the top of the page that says boostbysmith launch/shift light not the Harland light at the bottom.

Also take a look at Raptor: Products

I've got one but haven't used it yet -- heard good things on them from this board.

For a shift light I use an MSD Digital 89631. It can be programmed in 10 RPM increments and you can control the brightness of the L.E.D.'s. Pretty compact as well. Its not an overall bad light imo.

I run Smiths also and love it. No issues and he is very supportive after the sale. I have a cycle-tek shifter also and the light works great in conjunction with his product. I only had to connect one wire from my co2 shifter setup to the Smith system to have auto shift capabilities. It makes racing this bike so much easier.

No, Only used as a shift light. They make another one however that can be programmed independently for up to the first four gears I believe.

The msd 89631 is a cool piece of equipment, if you can get it to work. I could never get it to work on my zx14, and when I posted this problem many others said the same thin about it on their 14 as well. Even took it to the AMA dragbike event and no one there could figure out why it was reading crazy numbers. Msd's tech SUCK. They didn't want to help at all. I got a dyna shift minder now and it works perfect!!
