Nothing too special but I went 153.9 mph with air filter in. I usually take it out but I decided to leave it from now on. I was also plesently surprised with how my new Hays lollypop steering dampner worked! I, like most people, have a problem with wheelies on hard launches and it doesn't always land smooth if you know what I mean. I used to get a little wobble/headshake when landing sometimes and now it's smooth as silk! Great stuff and inexpensive too!

As for the event, the wait for each pass was ridiculous! Fri-Sun I got a total of 8 passes. The schedule was all messed up and the staging lanes were total chaos. By the time I got my next pass it seemed as if I had forgotten how to ride. But I still managed to get a couple 8 second passes while cutting good lights. I got 2 .001 lights back to back.

Also fyi, I now hate shinkos and after Richie's Tires hooked me up with a Michelin I'll never go back. I spun my first two runs and got pissed and changed my tire on the spot. Haven't spun since.

I believe the next event for me will be the World Cup race at MIR. I am going to try to run at every event they have at MIR, Capitol, and Mason Dixon for the rest of the year. Next year I want to shorten the bike back to stock and run the SS class. I just need to find all the rules. I messed up one of my passes and got a weak 1.58 60 and still went 9.0. So I figure I since I can cut low 1.5s at stock wb I should be able to go at least 9.0s? Your allowed to run a thinner head gasket and degreed cams too aren't you? With that I'm sure to go 8s stock WB.

How much do you weigh with full leathers, suited and ready to ride? Just curious, just looking to purchase an 08 or 09 busa.
