Modified OEM arms??

This is a discussion about Modified OEM arms?? within the Suzuki Hayabusa section, where you will Some say Busa's Dominate; Hey guys, can u cut off the top brace & box on a OEM busa arm that has extensions...ie would it be strong enough at approx 64" & stock engined bike ?

    My bike is 12 over with stock arm that has the top cut off, underbraced, and welded on extensions with a bottle bracket. I run a 1397 with spray

    DONE IT TO MY 08, 64 IN , NO BOX, BOTTLE ON ARM!
    WORK GREAT FOR ME,
    1.37 60 FT NO PROBLEMS
    AND ITS ALOT CHEAPER THAN A ARM.LOL

    call spencer cycle. We had them do a arm that went back to 70". Arm was beutiful and great welds, bottle brack et as well at great prices.

    or Just do a non braced 600 arm

    I have a few if ya need one..
