OK I'm just about to part it out! I checked the cams, just where they should be. I went ahead and set them back to stock, cam marks lined up back to stock location. SAME ****! If I hold the throttle open it will turn over better, Now, like I said in the begining, The bike will start and run, eventually, sounds and seems to run ok. but it should not be bucking like that while cranking. I just don't no anymore, I think i'd better push in the corner for a while.

How advanced is too advanced? I set the cams at 106 in 108 ex.
I guess it's possible that I done it wrong, but I've done it a thousand times. That was my next move though, redo the cams.

Put it in the corner for a little while... You said a thousand times??? that would be everyday for 2.7 years... Go back and figure out what all you changed and start backing those changes out or put it back to square one and start over with one modification at a time... It'll end up being the one thing that you least expect... like you used a different degree wheel or put it on the wrong side of the motor...
