TI WINDER FIT ISSUE HELP !!

Guys I need help I just put this New Ti Winder (BROCKS) on my gen 2 Hayabusa, and man what a pain in the crack to put on, I guess if you have small hands it isnt so bad but WOW, Anyway i also installed the oil filter relocator kit so as I wont need to take pipe down for oil change, Here is my issue No matter what we do, I have had this pipe off 6 times, it just Barely and I mean just barely touches the oil filter at the crimp, the rest of the filter is clear it just touches at end or top of filter were the factory crimps it over, I have no idea what to do, I adjusted the muffler mount and tried everything, i take springs off mid pipe and it moves away ever so slightly but soon as I put all the springs on it pulls it into were it slighty touches, Also putting the 3-4 head pipe in spickets was a total pain, it was like a little high had to pull and push like crazy to get that pipe in the holes, the 1-2 pipe or lower pipe went in like butter!
Will it hurt if it just touches the crimp, and or what do you guys see who have or installed theses pipes, Let me know Brett

were did the oil relocater come from?if it is not a brock relocator,it might not let the header pipe have the needed clearance.try & give brock performance a call.

The ti winder fit tight u will not have any room due to how it is made..

tilt oil filter relocator down at 40 degree angle, so filter corner is even with bottom of pipe.

re-clock the oil filter relocator

every ti winder on a busa i have worked on
the pipe is made so close to motor
that it touches screw on filter at end with no relocator
and with a relocator touches at the reloctor/filter corner
just as in ur picture
can ding the pipe,,,can mill the relocator shorter at allen screws
where 2 pices mate/ can just deal with it touchin
pipes are nice and light,,good ground clearance
but the filter to pipe area sucks

try stacking 2 exhaust gaskets in each exhaust port to space the pipe away from the filter just a touch..
