    Default 2012 ZX14R WHEELS ON A 2011 HAYABUSA LOOKS SICK

    IM GETTING READY TO PUT 2012 KAW. ZX14R WHEELS ON MY 2011 HAYABUSA WILL HAVE PICS UP SOON.... LOOKS SICK....
    BEST LOOKING FACTOR WHEELS OUT...
    OK FINSHED THE SWAP AND HERE IS THE THE INFO I HAVE.

    THE FRONT WHEEL IS ALMOST A PERFECT FIT I JUST HAD TO MILL THE RIGHT SPACER A LITTLE OVER A 1MM.

    THE REAR I HAD TO USE THE BUSA WHEEL BEARINGS AND MAKE A NEW CENTER SPACER.
    I HAD TO MAKE A NEW HUB SPACER THAT IS 3MM WIDER AND MILL THE ID TO 28MM AND THE STOCK ZX14R LEFT SPACER TO 28MM AND FOR THE RIGHT SIDE I JUST USED THE STOCK BUSA SPACER FROM THE RIGHT SIDE.. AND I HAD TO SPACE THE ROTOR 4MM TO CLEAR SO I CAN USE THE STOCK REAR BRAKE AND HANGER.. THE REAR ROTOR IS 9 3/4 TO THE BUSA 10" SO I CUT LITTLE OFF THE PAD ON TOP AND WORKS GREAT.

    KNOW THE WEIGH:
    BUSA REAR WHEEL (JUST WHEEL) 12.86
    ZX14R REAR WHEEL (JUST WHEEL) 13.18
    FRONT BUSA WHEEL ALL (23.60) WHOLE WHEEL WITH TIRE
    FRONT ZX14R WHEEL ALL (23.42) WHOLE WHEEL WITH TIRE
    BUSA FRONT ROTOR (3.40) REAR 2.60
    ZX14R FRONT ROTOR (2.78) REAR (2.86)

    SO NOT A BIG WEIGHT DIFF. BUT THEY LOOKS SICK AS HELL AND A NICE NEW LOOK

    OK people here are some pics of the 2012 zx14r rear wheel on a 2008-up busa.
    I have to make custom spacer and new bearing cause the zx14r axle is 25mm to 28mm busa. so list
    new bearings all 3. hub 1 and wheel 2
    make a new center wheel spacer and right side new spacer.
    the rear rotor zx14r is 9.3/4" to busa 10" so have to cnc a new brake holder....
    will have the front wheel up soon... sorry for the pics taking long but just had the time to do with work been soo busy thanks allan
    its going to be alot of work but at the end its going to be really nice looking wheel....

    ok the wheel bearing from the busa will fit the zx14r wheels just W= 3mm smaller thats ok cause i can make new spacer to make it work. and the hub spacer im going to have to make a new spacer thats 3mm longer and cut id to 28mm..i have all numbers down so im going to make the new parts and post more pics and get parts together to make a kit...
