SEA FOAM

This is a discussion about SEA FOAM within the StreetBike-DragBike section, where you will Suzuki, Kawaski, Honda, Yamaha A forum for Streetbike and Dragbike discussions; Do any of you guys use sea foam on your bikes? How much do you use and can you use it with race fuels.

    YUP I USE IT, PUT IT IN THE 4WHEELER, TRUCK, READ ON HERE WHERE ONE GUY USED IT IN HIS BIKE TO HELP CLEAN UP THE MR9 THINK ONE PINT TREATS LIKE 25 GALLONS OF GAS GIVE ME A FEW I WILL GO LOOK AND SEE

    We mix it with pump gas and run it through the motor whenever we drain the race gas out of the tank.

    I wouldn't suggest running it in any fuel you plan to use at the strip. At the end of the year I ran out of race gas and just used pump gas that had seafoam mixed into it and I lost about 1 or 2 mph in the eighth

    I WOULDN'T MIX IT WITH RACE GAS I USE IT LIKE A WINTER STABLIZER AND JUST CLEAN THE INJECTORS WITH IT. LIKE SAID JUST MIX IT WAS PUMP GAS TO CLEAN

    I also heard some people add it to there motor oil in cars, have you guys done this on a bike, if so how much? Thanks for all the good info!

    Never tried it in my motorcycle but i use it about every 3000 miles in all my cars. I might try it in my bike soon when i take and ride it on the street this spring/summer

    i seen on there bottle that you can add it to the oil & gas on cars & bikes, have anybody tried it in there oil ? im sure you will have to drain the oil after usage & when you guys added the seafoam did you feel a difference
