    Which rule do you like best for 8.88 index class for Grudgement Day?

    Hear are some rules MIROCK series use

    FORMAT: .500 Pro Tree with an 8.88 index set for all bikes. This class is an all-run field. The #1 Qualifier will get the bye run in 1st round if there is an odd number of bikes. Pairings will be done in the staging lanes with a deck of cards and will not be placed on a ladder.


    GENERAL: A rider may only enter one bike in the Crazy 8's class. The #1 qualifier will receive a bye run 1st round if there is an odd number of bikes. Pairings will be done in the lanes each round with a deck of cards for random pairings. REVISED 4-1-10

    BRAKES: front and rear brakes are required.

    CHAIN GUARDS: Chain guards are required on all entries.

    ELECTRICAL: No delay boxes allowed. 2-steps are prohibited.

    LIGHTS: All motorcycles must have a functional OEM headlight or aftermarket headlight. All motorcycles must have a functional OEM tail light or aftermarket tail light. Flash lights are not permitted to be used a headlight or tail light. REVISED 1-21-10

    CLUTCH: Clutch must be hand activated. Slider clutches are prohibited.

    TIRES: DOT street tires only are permitted (all tires must have visible tread). DOT slicks are not permitted.

    WHEELIE BARS: Wheelie bars are prohibited.

    Same rules as MIROCK, but you do not have to have back brake are chain guard

    I voted for no chain guards and back brakes. But it really doesn't matter if you have them or not. I like chain guards just b/c it's safety. I agree that you don't have to have back brakes. But everything else would be the Mirock rules.
