Had a heart attack 6 weeks ago. Doc won't sign off on my licence at least until July. Put a young guy who wants to learn to run pop on the old A/F bike and think I've found someone with $$$ and a sponsor to ride the Trac prostock at the midwest NHRA events

Not looking good for me to do alot of racing this year. Funds are a little on the low side. Will be concentrating on doing my 2 bike races and getting something going for my son

I'll be watching this year not much market for a high priced carpenter right now, going back to the grunt work hope to just make the bills. Oh did I mention my old lady is crazy too.

No racing likely for me this year. Too many things going on; baby due in 3 weeks, transferring manufacturing from Indy to Cali plant, new job search if we stay local, selling current house/may build new...not looking like I'll even get much sleep. Hopefully back on track in 2011.

I was 98% percent done with my build got the motor back after waiting for 11 months (dropped motor off last may). put the bike back together installed motor filled it up wit oil crank it for the first time. It sounded so good to hear it run after 11 months then about 5 seconds later a knocking sound in the motor made my heart drop in my pants. lots of time and money gone down the drain. even if i let another builder get a hold of it to fix it i would be lucky if i see any action this year. so 2010 not looking good for me.
