I got a little situation,And just need some opinions,I sold a set of wheels and in the add it said used,And i describe them as in decent shap but had some scratches and scuffs,So i sell them the guy gets them,Then says there not what he wants!!!They are worse than he thought and wants his money back,So i tell him cool.Send them back and ill refund your money.So the wheels show up.I check them.They are what i sent and i proceed to give him his money back,I send him every dime that he sent me exept the paypal fees, that he was supposed to pay and didnt.Now the guy is having a cow about the paypal fee that he didnt pay.Am i supposed to refund that part back also (even though he didnt pay) or just let it be and have to deal with Dude saying i ripped him off.I swear i have sold alot of parts and sometime i just dont even think its worth it.

You can go to the transaction where he paid and just hit the refund button and it will refund him fees and all. But in order to do that he will now have to refund the money the same way that you just sent him.
