Well, the truth is, bigger usually results in better. Especially in the case of the nitrous solenoid, we have the ultimate one here. We teamed up last year with a company to make us a solenoid that would flow enough and still handle being ramped in.

In your opinion, would this solenoid be of benefit to me on my top gas bike with a wet kit. Got the standard NOS solenoid using poly lines. Pulse rate now set at 25, start and final percent at 20% using an .018 jet, 1/8th mile. That solenoid gets beat on pretty good but is holding up ok for now. Just looking for something better.

We had tons of problems flowing a lot of nitrous and pulsing them that hard. I believe the extreme temperature of the nitrous freezes the rubber on the plunger causing them to come apart. We had to change the nos solenoid about ever 2 or 3 races. since changing to these We have never had to change them..

Will it help in your situation I can't honestly say, since you haven't ever had a problem, put could be some good preventive maintenance

its not only physical size but coil amperage draw, coil response time, and inlet and outlet orifice size as well as plunger material and size. lots of variables to consider in a solenoid not just physical size.

no matter how big it is I bet you will still try to drill it out with a 1/2 drill bit!!
