Valve Springs

Bench Racing with Drag Race Discussion; I have been told to change my springs if I go with after market cams who makes the best springs? I have been told to go with APE , are these the ones everyone uses

    Question Valve Springs

    I have been told to change my springs if I go with after market cams who makes the best springs? I have been told to go with APE, are these the ones everyone uses for say a 395 lift intake and 378 exhaust?

    The heavier ones if steel valves. The lighter ones are for 08=09 ti valves.
