If I can remember, I think Terry Kizer of Mr.turbo did it in the late 90's

Rodney Williford, Dave Norris, amd Ronnie Procopio have al been 6.9s with self starting Outlaw bikes, and they did with a 7" tire and no wheelie bars too.

First to do it on a street tire(pro street)will be an unbelievable feat...Could happen late this next season. LOL alot of people are happy to hit 6's in the 1/8th.

Billy Vose on a busa... Rob Bush's busa all have been 6's . Keep an eye out for Chris Cuttsingers busa powered funnybike next year.. Self starting and a beautifully engineered work of art !!! He will be flying for sure !!

the pro stock bike we put a hayabusa motor in and turbo charged it was self start and would go sixes easily wth some seat time

Rob Bush's Busa Pro Mod ran 6.70s toward the end of this year with Ron Clark on it. 4.29-4.30 in the 1/8. 1.05-1.07 60s. Push button start with a 1363.
