Which one is the camera that is best for drag racing. I know Ronnie runs one on Rizzo, but not sure which one. Also, if

I have a Hero 2 as well, works awesome. I have a friend who has the contour, I find it hard to use and not many attachments for it.

Local dealership has a motorsport hero demo, wide lens and digital 1080P. They said I could get for $193, but that doesn't seem like much of a deal to me, though I may be wrong.

That doesn't sound like a real great deal, for a demo. May as well just buy new and know what your getting. IMO

just the regular hero will get the job done. Anything above that is icing on the cake.

Bringing this thread back to life. Since this thread they now have three versions of the go Pro hero 3. Which one is sufficient for drag racing? Obviously each one is better then the next but no need to pay for for features that are not applicable to recording a simple drag race. Thanks
