96 or 103? have the factory oil cooler? what kind of pipes do you have and what kind of tuner? also when you buy a 120r you can just sell your stock motor setup to make back some coin.

with the 107 builds crank runout is the biggest issue, the cranks are sloppy. a nice 107 with good head porting, and throttle body porting will net you around 115-120 which is all i'd do on a crank that hasn't been touched. if you want to take the crank out and get it welded and true'd up then 120hp+ isn't an issue.

nice part about the 120r and other setups is you don't have to worry much about the crank. but you can build nice 107 that's very enjoyable and make 115-120 hp for around $2,300. more if you need to add an oil cooler. also i'd do the screamin' eagle clutch mods too.

There is your answer pat!!! Get the oil cooler and the fan kit. I put an inline switch on mine so the fan will come on when the oil get too hot. Pimp shit there lol

my guy took a brand new 120r motor apart had it bored and custom j&e pistons made to bump up the compression. he put the duel oil cooilers on it. it never gets hot! with the compression releassses it never has any issue turning over and starting. it has a auto tune box on it. it made 132 on the dyno and it has quiet pipes on it. its a bagger it has a stereo and he wants to hear it!

Here is a turbo street glide kit at sturgis. I saw one at the pizza hut near devils tower. The pics are at the show.

Trask turbo 5500$ includes install and thunder tuner1000$ itself. Stock motor ride anywhere 150-160 HP can make more but like the guys say you have to pin and weld the cranks. Heard of the same kit making under 200hp.

Me personally I like the 106-107-110 motors making 120hp and rip it up like a stocker...my buddies have the turbo's I don't care for the look on my bike.

REVOLUTION PERFORMANCE aka MILLENIUM CAN DO THE BEARING CONVERSION ON YOUR TWIN CAM. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE ANY KIND OF COMPRESSION, TRUE & WELD THE CRANK ALSO. I TURNED A 95'' or 1550cc 7,000 rpm and it had 24,000 on it when i sold it. THAT MOTOR MADE 117HP AND 111TQ CYCLE RAMA WORKED MY HEADS AND A WOODS CAM. IF YA HAVE ANY ????????????? PM me
