Trying something different . . . .

This is a discussion about Trying something different . . . . within the Old School Bikes section, where you will Nobody gets left out with this forum; Looks like it will work. . . I had my GS1150, modified to run a 89-95 gsxr arm, by Terry MacIntosh about 9 years ago. I relocated my battery, and came across a busa shock

    Looks like it will work. . . I had my GS1150, modified to run a 89-95 gsxr arm, by Terry MacIntosh about 9 years ago. I relocated my battery, and came across a busa shock assembly for cheap. I could only use the shock itself, the busa link was too wide where it mounts to the bike, and the holes in the Busa lowering links were small. I will let you peeps know how this works out, once I set the bike on ground. . .

    I've got a stock Busa shock on my 93 GSXR 1100 and it works good. Same arm setup so i think you'll be pleased once you get it adjusted properly. I plan to get mine revalved soon.

    That sounds like a plan . . . . Now just gotta read up on busa shocks, there are 3 more adjustments to work with than the shock that was on it prior . . . .

    Please keep me up to date on this install....I was working on the same thing then got frustrated and decided to go with busa arm....I have not bitten the bullet yet so
