Hey guys ive seen alot of threads people using busa rods in a 1127 oil cooler.im currently running a 1216 had to disassemble the engine due to an oil leak so i want bigger. what is the length of the busa rod and the lenght of oil cooler rods and if i have my measurements rite i should have a 1261. just want to be sure of this

Busa rods are .100" longer than the A-O rods but using them doesn't increase displacement at all.

thats my thought.rod lenght is rod lenght. measured the rods there 4.7 thanks for the freshin up

if your lookin' to go bigger I have a buddy who has a mint falicon stroker crank for an oil cooled, not sure how big but he would probably sell it cheap

Hey KGBusa, how much do you think that he might want for that crank... i am building a 1371 at the moment and that would be a great to have that crank!!!!
