i just picked this bike up off of craiglist for $200 dollars needs some work and alot of things i need to buy but this is goin to be my dragbike for next year so hope i can get some help from yall on the build

Put a Busa motor in it. I think Lee of Lees Performance was the 1st to shoe horn one in that year bike.

Good buy !!!!!!!!! Had a 1999 600 srad and it was tough as nails,put 20,000 sometimes haul azz miles but more ridin miles and it did well for a 600 @ the track occasionally wit only carb kit and slipon and dropped a couple ;thumbsup;

just brought a 03 gsxr 1000 motor just the motor so i need all wiring, sensors ,ecu throttle bodies anyone have any of these thing pm me with what you got and price

Hey get the 06 and up fuel injection stuff and ignition much better and if you gotta buy it anyway.

Grab a 06 head too really a lot better, plus you can get one for cheap if you look.
