V-stacks or pod filters on my keihin
This is a discussion about V-stacks or pod filters on my keihin within the Old School Bikes section, where you will Nobody gets left out with this forum; I have a set of 39 keihin and im worried about running just the v-stack on my bike which will be 90% street riding so is it ok to use v-stack for street or should

I have a set of 39 keihin and im worried about running just the v-stack on my bike which will be 90% street riding so is it ok to use v-stack for street or should get the pod filter's for them and if so does anyone know of anyone that may have the adapter for pod for a set of 39

SUDCO.com or CarbParts.com should sell the adapters.
For street use, I'd use filters unless you're going through the engine every season.

You will be okay with velocity stacks on the street.I always make my own "Filter" system out of some window screen I use big screen more to keep oddball things out than to "filter" air ...I worry more about my motor swallowing big stuff like nuts,bolts and road debris then anything else.
