i sold him parts on dragbike.com, he was told postal money order only, he sends a personal check, check bounces, he tells me redeposit check, check bounces again, so im now ripped off for the parts, the 250.00 for the parts, the shipping and 60 dollars in returned check fees from my bank. and coincedently he stopped answering his phone and turned off the answering machine.

Go to your local magistrate's office and get a criminal warrant for writing a bad check on him you have to send him a registered letter first giving him 7 days to pay then take the recipt or the letter if he dosen't pick it up. Eventually he will get a ticket for something then boom he will find him self in jail. You can also get in touch with the Post master general's office you may be able to get something on him that way since he mailed it to you.

I perfer to send a personell check then pay pal, I always tell the seller hold the stuff till money clears the bank.. Just my 2 cents..

don't mean to hijack. But if I was a seller, I would not wan't to waite 1 week for a cheque by mail then 5 days till' it may clear.
When I could just as simply sell them same day via:paypal. Who knows during the waite time. you mighta' lost a "real" sale, rather than a personal cheque gamble.
