Bought wheels off him... Seemed like a stand up guy so like a idiot i sent as gift so he didnt get hit with fees... I shoulda had wheels by now but he wont answer phone or return texts now he got his money

You paid through Paypal? File a claim with them till you get in contact with this cat. Then let him know you will lift the claim once he shows proof that he shipped your wheels.

I don't know either party involved, but I will add shipping is at a peak right now. I had a package sitting in Wichita, KS for 4 days. Communication is key to a great transaction; and I'm not defending anyone. Just talking points to keep in mind as we all ship during the holidays.

Honestly buy or sell and I been doing a lot of it over the last 8 years I been fu.ck over and PayPal did nothi g it cost me money and lost my parts.. So for the last 3 years I only use USPS and money gram buying and selling but I talk to who ever I'm dealing with get tracking and insurance and stay in touch untill both party's are happy or I will meet halfway on some stuff .. I have deal with many guys on this board and never a problem.. Hope you get this strait.. It's stuff like this that mess it up for others

If you paid thru paypal using a credit or debit card that has visa/mastercard or discover on it, you are protected by the merchant/consumer protection act...you will have to report it to your bank or credit card company and by law they have to pursue the person/company that have not delivered your parts or services in a timely manner...
