He has logged in recently so I'm sure he has seen this but yet no response from him.

This is one of the first times he has logged in since he took my money for the 2008 GSXR 1000 I bought from him.

If any questions in regards to my claim feel free to PM me and I will sent screenshots of every text and forward each email with correspondance to confirm my accusations.

Either he took my money and didnt pay bike so thats why he cant produce a title or is being a d*ick because I was pissed he sold me something that blew up and had an engine that was improperly assembled with parts from a different year and not what was advertised in the classified listing on here.

Either way I do not have a title for a bike I paid for and he is the only one that can resolve this issue.

His picture is the third one down. Man I guess I would have that big smile too if I just got $8k for free.
I bet team photos were taken right after he dropped bike off to me.

I don't think the state is updated on whether or not the lien has been paid off until the title changes ownership. The lienholder just signs off on the lien. I could be wrong, but that's how it works in GA and TN I'm 99% sure.

Sucks man, hope you get your title.

Not sure when you bought the bike from this guy. Maybe he was planning on using the money from the sell to pay it off then send you the title. If this was what he was planning on doing then he should have told you this up front! Then you could have made up your mind if that is the route you wanted to go, but he made that decision for you (not cool). I know it takes a bank a cool minute to get the title back to the owner after payoff. You will not know this unless the seller gets back with you. I wish you all the luck, plus the bike blew up on you too

I bought bike in march and he gave me a fake title. But because we were at white alligator racing's shop i didn't think twice about it. Whn i went to get it transferred they said that won't work. He had a title so that means it woulda been paid off but since it was fake i guess it wasn't. Either way its been a long time and he robbed me. But watch what happens...this is 8 grand....not a 300 nitrous controller.

ll i know now is there is ZERO communication. Been like that for a coulle months.

He logged on this morning again and doesn't have anything to say....

Jeremy come out....come out....where ever you are. Send me my title and this is over. If not its only going to get worse.

I wonder what the drag racing community and ALL the fans and members of NHRA will say when they find out the kind of people that work for White Alligator Racing.

And before its said I'm not bashing WAR. Just Jeremy and unfortunately he works for them.

So Jeremy....you are currently viewing this thread but have nothing to say?
I just text you the link for it? Are you going to defend yourself or give me an explanation why it's going on a year and I still don't have a title?

Would you let me buy the bike and pay you for it in a year? Or is that why you asked for a $4000 deposit before you left LA with it.

I also have repair report from well respected shop as to the motor damage.
