Adams is doing a great job, nitrous bikes do not have a minimum weight and a turbo is 580 pounds.

drop 50 pounds off the turbo bikes and we will be even in the ET department.

100 pounds and we will see some good contendors for the 6 sec club.

WOW, thats heavy for a nitrous bike. You need to get some weight off!

But they also carry a big weight disadvantage, a chassis disadvantage, a cylinder head disadvantage, and the factory charging systems are prone to snapping the end of the crankshaft off. In the case of turbo bikes with their 1370cc limitation in the rules, there is absolutely no favorable reason to run a GS, only a bunch of reasons not to run one.

Even with a nitrous combo, I have my doubts that a GS would be the way to go. They just give up too much in the area of suspension, chassis, weight distribution, and overall weight.
i recently purchased an outlaw gs and want to run at milan , and mirock . we are currently at 74" wheelbase with a slick . All i hear is we have all these disadvantages or in other cases advantages . theres all these rules out there exempting not only my bike but many others out there that would love to compete . i believe the way my bike sits we could be right there with the turbo bikes . i think if you were to broaden the rules a little more you would see better turnouts and grow the sport . i would like your thoughts on this . and thanks louie
