This thread is not for arguing just quick short opinions and votes, anything else will get deleted.

NOS or Meth is fine with me i vote yes either way to keep the costs down on more parts and weight.

NO! IF YOU CAN NOT AFFORD TO BUILD A PRO-STREET BIKE TO BE COMP. UNDER CURRENT RULES THEN YOU ARE IN THE WRONG CLASS!!! CHANGE IT AND YOU WILL DRIVE MORE PEOPLE AWAY!

turbo with a/a or l/a intercooler can only run that setup doesn't matter what your weight is..a 200+ guy should not choose this route cause it will make his combo HEAVY!!

turbo with water injection can only run water in their water tanks no matter what your weight is..again a 200+ guy should not choose this combo cause he is still HEAVY!!

turbo running methanol for fuel can only run methanol and no type of intercooler or nitrous..the methanol does all that in itself..a heavy guy could probably use this combo..

turbo with no intercooling what so ever and your body weight is 200lbs or higher can use nitrous to help keep weight off the bike and use the nitrous as a intercooler..Nos nozzle placement should be made specific for this combo..like a maximum of 3" away from the compressor housing outlet and you can only run a maximum jet size of let's say .020"..it would be real easy to tech..You have prosport bike guys that could really use this rule if/when that class gets the ax..I guess those guys are just suppose to push their bikes in the garage and use them as a big trophy or towel rack..Give them a place to go with atleast a fair shot to be competitive with the smaller guys in the class..You have guys like Ant Navarro, Anthony Stewart and others that probably not get under 200 lbs if they wanted to and having to do it any other way would just make their overall combo weight to heavy to be competitive..

This is just how I see it but I think it will work!!

I like it fine like it is i dont have any problem YET competing. But i feel if any changes are made ya cant just do it to heavy guys. some races i am over 700lbs too. I feel methanol in the water inj is plenty.
Navarro has been 50s at 64 inches and 220lbs. Until someone runs away with it it is hard to justify any changes.

    How about with smaller motors?

Less than 1200cc, over 200 lb rider, etc.

Open it up in a meaningful way to allow other models to compete. I'm sick o' busas!

If you give NOS to the turbo guys what are you going to give the few of us that are trying to build NOS bikes. You dont think we will hurt parts trying to keep up? All this time everyone was telling me that turbos are the way to go because they dont hurt parts. When things are already in place to help with the problem ( intercoolers ) why change the rules.

    \\

Because they don't want to spend the money like the rest of us did to build them to the rules. .Do you think for a moment they are considering the nitrous bikes? Absolutely zero consideration towards you guys. They are thinking about their own program and what will benefit them, not the class in a whole.

Im a NO against changing any rules as far as power adders. If you want your intake temps lower than intercool it like the rules allow you too.
