Jason, that is a legitmate concern but you also have to consider that a nos bike has "unlimited" weight and can also run alcohol...Now I know that a nos bike can get down to atleast 400lbs before the rider if not lighter..so say a nos bike/rider is 550 lbs along with all the other stuff they can have, they will be competitive because they are 100+ lbs lighter..the nos idea on the turbo is not a big deal if you really think about it...the nozzle location and jet size will make it simply a cold air injection basically the same as what water injection is but alot more effective...if it adds power, so what!! they can't use the power they try to make now but what makes sense in all this to me is a racer can and more efficiently...again nozzle placement and the size of the jet can make nos useless as a power adder but effective as a heat exchanger..

That is why the nitrous bikes need a turbo(58mm) for, smaller nitrous jets can help them maintain their current performance levels safer the bigger jets are harder on the motor

If it costs $60,000 or more to build a competitive Prostreet bike and $20,000 a year to compete, I think the class will diminish.
