NLRs New Ignition Module will light your fire!!!!!!!
    « on: May 13, 2010, 05:06:14 PM »

While in the midst of getting my Prostreet bike ready for the weekend, the bosch ignitor I was currently using dropped a cylinder. I called up Seb to see if he had a replacement on the shelf, it just happened that he had his new ignition modules just come in. He next dayed me one with the terminals and connectors, I drove to town first thing this morning to hunt down the UPS driver as I did not want to wait for the regular 2 pm delivery.

Shortly after lunch the new box was wired and the bike running, right off the back I noticed the bike started quicker and stayed running, the idle was up about 300 rpm as well. I could also give the bike throttle cold, without it wanting to stall. We ran it on the dyno, and at 3.5 psi it made 13 hp more then it did with the bosch ignitor. We did a few more dyno runs and it consistently made more power at every boost level, even some of the runs were a little richer then we typically run, and it still made more power.

This module is definitely another great product from NLR, he has them in stock now, I would call right away before the first batch of them are gone, I was going to take pics and post up dyno charts, but I am already late for supper and I am still loading up for the races this weekend,

aftermarket ecu and stock oem ignitors in stock. For stock oem stuff you will need to purchase coil dummies schnitz racing. They are getting the parts together for them now.

ignitor price will be 550 per unit for this first batch. After that they will go up to 600.00 per unit. The price does not include the coil dummies.
