Im gona take a kick to the nuts over this, but i need to sell this bike asap! damn hospital just sent me to collections for medical bills that I am setup on a payment plan with! I cant believe it! We set up a $200 dollar per month payment for 2 years and after 7 months the out of the blue send me to collections! WTF! either way i would like to give this bike away basically to protect my perfect credit score.
Is this even legal for them to do?
