If it were your money: POLL
Alright so here's my dillema:
I could be comin in on a little bit of money soon and i'm tryin to figure out what i should spend it on.
Currently im using bolt on extensions. My 60's are just now starting to dip into the 1.39s, so naturally i'm a little worried that they might not be strong enough to handle the stress.
I'm also trying to run our local real street class. A set of lightweight Marchessini's would fall into my price range and give me a substantial weight savings, as well as help my backhalf (which is lacking a little bit).
So here's my poll;
Should i buy the marchessini's and live with the extensions for a while longer?
Should i buy a real swingarm?
And if i do, should i buy one with underbracing??
Please give me your feedback. If you select an arm, give me your suggestions. I've never owned a bike with an arm on it, so needless to say i don't know much about the different manufacturers.

Re: If it were your money: POLL
get the 6-5/8 wide rear marchesni, for wider tire contact patch, and have macintosh or someone brace/stretch a stock arm.
The Mac arms are very nice, but heavy and overbuilt IMO
You don't need an ultralight frt wheel, that will make it wheelie more, but a good arm and more tire on the ground is nice.... do you have an airshifter, and pipe already?.... cause those are definate recomends...

Re: If it were your money: POLL
i've got most of the goodies (except my PC3 that crapped out recently, it will be replaced soon). ran an 8.94 last weekend with a 1.399 60' at 65.5" wheelbase.

Re: If it were your money: POLL
I'd do the wheels ....With bolt on extensions i have done 1.34 60s and not a single problem .. The lighter wheels will put less stress on the bolt on extensions ... If you do an arm use the stock arm and have it under braced ..
